Parties to the Agreement

All agreements entered into by physical agreement, e-mail, telephone or our website www.woodconnection.shop between Woodconnection (hereinafter “we”, “us” or “woodconnection.shop”) and a consumer (hereinafter “the customer” or “you”) are made on these terms and conditions of sale and delivery, which must be accepted in order to complete an order.

The customer can only claim the content of individual agreements and order confirmations and the information provided in connection with the order, including the prices the customer accepts during the ordering process.

Only people over the age of 18 with a payment card sounding on their own name can place orders on the website. The customer declares by his order to be at least 18 years old.

Counselling

As a buyer, you are responsible for ensuring that the delivered goods are suitable for the purpose you intend to use them for. In no case does Woodconnection assume responsibility for advice given in connection with the sale of goods, as the buyer is expressly encouraged to seek independent advice.

Offers

All written offers are valid for a maximum of 30 days in terms of prices.

Place of order via webshop

To complete a purchase, you must first find the product you are interested in. You must then contact us by phone, e-mail or fill out the contact form that appears when you click on “order product”, and we will call you. If we agree on a delivery during our phone call.

Storage of concluded agreements and languages

We have long guarantees on many of our products and wish to be able to provide the best possible advice to our customers even after the customer has received the product, therefore agreements are stored after the billing, but as a precautionary measure we encourage you to save the received order confirmation and/or invoice.

If you choose to have your information deleted during the warranty period, it is important that you ensure that you have and continue to keep your order confirmation and or invoice, as it will be the only way we can see what you have purchased and when you have received the item.
